This multipurpose building of 352 Bell St encompasses both retail fronts and apartment with a total of 8500m2 of formwork. This was across four storeys and two basement levels. Given the location of this build, detailed scheduling was involved to make use of not only the crane time, but the space and coordination between other trades.
